As a member of the Customer Service Center Loss Intake Team, ensure efficient and timely processing of all work assignments into applicable business systems with adherence to established procedures to assist in the attainment of service level goals throughout the Customer Service Center (CSC).


  • Take inbound loss reporting calls from a variety of sources.
  • Solicit and enter information into the appropriate system ensuring accuracy and completeness of detail.
  • Provide support and back up assistance to handle other types of incoming calls.
  • Perform other loss reporting related functions as assigned.
  • Provide support and back up assistance to other areas of Customer Service Center as needed.
  • Demonstrate commitment to Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.

  • Two plus years of telephonic customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail needed in order to meet quality and production standards.
  • Prior Workers Compensation insurance experience and knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Current employees must meet one year minimum residency requirement and be in good standing in current position.
