DIRECT CLIENT REQUIREMENT
Customer Support / Operations Associate
Location: Boston, MA, Rockville, MD,-Philadelphia, PA, Chicago, IL
Duration: 6+ Months

Career Path Description:
Temporary position that will help to support our Client Order Specialist team as well as our Sales and Service organization as we just transition on to a new Contracting to Invoicing platform. This role will be supporting the team on contract creation, system questions, contract processing, processing credits and cancels in the new system. As a result, we need someone fast learner with good communication skills, collaborative, in addition to working well independently. They also must have experience in Salesforce, Apttus, and Peoplesoft. Are flexible on Apttus but if they have at least Salesforce and Peoplesoft that would be great.

Requirements:

Shows basic understanding of nonverbal behavior when listening and communicating.
Demonstrates basic understanding by answering questions appropriately and escalating questions as needed.
