We are seeking a Shift Leader, who has proven experience in Sales and Customer Service, to compliment our highly professional and talented team of Therapists, Estheticians, and Front Desk Staff.
If you are that person, with Positive Energy and Fantastic Social skills, who can provide Excellent Customer Service to our guests and members. And, who has the communication and people skills to be successful in enrolling guests in our membership Wellness Program, as well as sell Gift Cards and Retail Products. If you are that person who has these excellent skills along with the drive to lead and motivate a sales team then this job may be perfect for you!
We need someone who understands and applies strategic sales offerings. Provides quality Customer Service through communication and education via the telephone and in person. Efficiently completes administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys. Able to effectively lead other sales associates toward reaching goals. Other duties as assigned by Clinic Management.

+ Promoting the value of total body care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
+ Driving member retention through outreach via phone and email to current members.
+ Upholding the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.
+ Protecting our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members.
