Job Summary: Receive and process telephone calls for Lehigh Valley Health Network on the I/S Call Center tele-management and paging system. Provide assistance when needed to other Call Center employees. Receive various types of calls: Hospital, Paging, and Answering Service. Address patient/patient family inquiries and route to the appropriate departments when necessary.
