We have an immediate opening for a Call Center Manager

Do you have the skills and experience to:

  • Manage a 30 person call center
  • Plan and implement call center strategies and operational procedures
  • Improve systems and processes
  • Coach and develop staff members - Schedule staff for maximum efficiency
  • Maintain strong business relationships with existing customers
  • Optimize call center productivity, achieving correct quality standards through data analysis
  • Track and report metrics and provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting results to senior management

Please apply if you have the followingqualifications:

  • Experience as a Manager within a Call Center or Contact Center
  • Experience in Healthcare or Health Insurance is preferred but not required
  • Strong problem solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Skilled with MS Excel, Word
