Job Duties

Daily functions may include rotation through ticket counter, lobby area, gate functions, customs, arrivals and other areas within the airport

Constant passenger & crew interaction

Operate jet bridge (if trained)

Resolve issues with flight activity to ensure on-time departure

Some cash handling transactions, manifests, and labeling

English and Germanproficient!

Basic Requirements

At least 18yrs old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.

English and German proficient

Basic Math Skills: Adding, Subtracting, Division, and Multiplying

Computer Literate

Able to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp and pick up items; occasional lifting up to 70lbs

Reading & comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies & procedures

IF OFFERED, MUST PASS PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENING AT TIME OF HIRE

Salary/Benefits: $11.00/HR to $11.50/HR (Jan2018 increase to $13.00-$13.50); Flight Benefits, Travel Allowance, Uniform provided, Cleaning Allowance, Health Insurance (for FT with small contribution), Voluntary Dental, Vision, and Life, 401K Matching up to 3.5%, Holiday Pay(after 90 Days) and Referral Bonus.

Job Location JFK, New York, United States Position Type Full-Time/Regular Required Training PAID TRAINING PROVIDED! Selected candidates will be required to study and attend paid training Shift Weekends and Holidays required Schedule [i.e. M/T/W/F/Sun or TBA] TBA Language Must be able to Read, Write, Communication in English. Salary/Benefits $15.00/hr
